Close our eyes and navigate
The ship without controls
Drift off into distant worlds
Go play, explore, evolve
Each blink can take you miles away
Or simply at your door
Floating, jumping, flying high
Ever changing shores
Looking down from above
Or through new eyes
Our point of view can fluctuate
As can the distant skies
Nothing is beyond reach
Just stretch out you’ll feel
The universe at your fingertips
Close your eyes, all’s revealed

Our eyes unlock the secret chamber
Where we whirl the frequencies between us
Creating worlds only for the two of us
Free, full and nimble
To dance in the light of our spirits
You allow me distance, from my denseness
Our connection brings, our poetry -
You told me to find a guy who would treat me good
You told me to stop chasing the pretty boys
The universe heard us and cast her spell
And today we met at a drinking well.
She aligned so much in both our hearts
Our dreams our hurt our disregards
Pure of blood, kind of heart
And yet I feel torn apart
I feel like I’m settling
I feel somewhere there’s more
How selfish can I be, to turn down this score
Highest ranking compatibity in both our signs
But the fire? The fire?
He’ll look after me
The fire?
Do I turn and walk away in search for flames?
Or do I hold his hand and agree to stay?

With your eyes so glittery
And your soft, pink horn
I’ve told you before!
You’re not allowed up there
You’ll take off the tiles
And the children you’ll scare
They’ll think you’re a monster
Banging on the roof
Trying to get them
Smashing with your hoof
I’ve made some cupcakes
Fresh out the oven
If you come down
I’ll let have one
Ok fine! Have them all!
Just please come down safely
I don’t fancy the evening
